Let’s celebrate Mothers today with a few loops of beautiful Stanley Park, with the option to add Whytecliff.
Stanley Park is that perfect mix of fast flats, false flats and hills. And will give you that benchmark of what feels good and what needs work this season. Riding at tempo is a moderate to challenging pace that you can hold for 45 minutes to 2 hours. Let’s rip off a few laps of Stanley Park, improve our endurance, speed, strength and paceline skills, then eat a nice big BRUNCH!
Our trained Domestiques will get us safely over the beautifully Burrard Bridge and through the new bike lanes into the park. Riders will be divided based on ability, experience and distance preferred.
Riders meet at Maritime Museum Parking Lot – 8:30am hard start. North Shore members will meet at 2nd Beach parking lot in Stanley Park at 8:50 am.
