Sweet Sunday – SAFETY DAY CXLED DUE TO RAIN

This Sunday’s ride will be all about riding safely. We’ll start with a pre-ride safety chat and then learn as we ride. Then we will finish up at En Route for coffee!

Let’s meet at the Maritime Museum Parking lot and divide into groups and ride Spanish Banks and UBC Crit course loops. Your domestiques will teach you new skills: Pacelines, hill climbing/descending, emergency stops and cornering will be covered.
