Biker Chick’s Guide to Nutrition

Andrea MacDonald, our WOWride Domestique and Holistic Nutritionist will greet you with post ride smoothies (after our Thursday 6-7 ride), teach you to make energy balls, and talk about how to fuel yourself for optimal performance pre, during, and post ride. To RSVP for this event, please email [email protected]. Registration is closed at 40 people, so sign up ASAP. Please arrive at 7:15 so we can start promptly at 7:30.
